Bank və bank məhsulları barədə xəbər portalı olan www.banco.az saytının keçirdiyi onlayn sorğuda “Bank of Baku” “İlin bankı”, Bankımızın İdarə Heyətinin Sədri Fərid Hüseynov isə “İlin Bankiri” nominasiyalarında qalib olublar. Toplam səkkiz nominasiya üzrə keçirilən səsvermədə minlərlə internet istifadəçisi iştirak edib.Səsvermənin şəffaf keçirilməsi üçün hər bir IP ünvandan yalnız bir dəfə səs verilib və yalnız qeydiyyatdan keçən istifadəçilər səsvermədə iştirak ediblər. Müsabiqə 5 mart tarixində başlamış, 5 Aprel tarixində yekunlaşmışdır.

“İlin bankı” nominasiyası üzrə səsvermədə bütün yerli banklar iştirak edib. Göstərdiyi xidmətlərə və yeniliklərə görə “Bank of Baku” “İlin bankı” elan edilib. Bu nominasiyada “Bank of Baku” 23% (2243) səslə birinci yerdə qərarlaşıb.

“İlin Bankiri” nominasiyası üzrə ötən il uğurlu fəaliyyətinə görə Bankımızın İdarə Heyətinin Sədri Fərid Hüseynov “İlin Bankiri” elan olunub. Bu nominasiyada bütün yerli bankların rəhbərləri iştirak ediblər. Fərid Hüseynov 26% (1803) səslə birinci yerdə qərarlaşıb.

“Bank of Baku” was voted favorite by most consumers in a Facebook-based survey carried out by www.banker.az , one of Azerbaijan’s most reputable web-based banking publications. Survey findings suggest that 29% of the consumers surveyed online gave a positive assessment of Bank of Baku’s performance when asked “Which bank would you evaluate as the best performing bank in 2012?”, thus boosting Bank of Baku to the first place in a confident win over the other banks that were part of the online survey.  Bank of Baku is said to have become the most favorite bank of social network users owing to its active social network-based outreach, customer-oriented new product campaigning and swift response to requests and applications.

Azerbaijani Internet users have voted Bank of Baku’s loans as most favorable and affordable. This is the conclusion arrived at by a survey carried out by www.milli.az: http://news.milli.az/economy/259370.html

27% of the respondents answering the web-site’s question “What Azerbaijani bank’s loan terms are the most favorable?” voted for Bank of Baki. Thus, Bank of Baku successfully surpassed dozens of the other local banks covered by the online survey, earning the highest rating. The online survey included over six thousand Internet users.

In this view, Farid Husseinov, Chairman of the  Executive Board, Bank of Baku, said: “We highly appreciate and value the findings of such surveys as they evidence that our customers are happy with our services. We are committed to further improving the quality of service and proud of what we have achieved so far. “Business Insight” araşdırma qrupunun keçirdiyi rəy sorğusu nəticəsində “Bank of Baku” Azərbaycanın ən populyar bankı, Bolkart taksit kartı isə ən çox istifadə edilən kredit kartı olduğu müəyyən edilib. “Krediti hansı bankdan almısınız?” sualına cavab verənlərin 38%-i “Bank of Baku”-nun adını çəkib.Bu, banklar arasında ən yüksək nəticə olub. Taksit kartlarına dair keçirilən sorğuda isə Bolkart 61,3%-lə birinci yerdə qərarlaşıb.Beləliklə, “Bank of Baku” və Bolkart rəyi soruşulanların əksəriyyətinin simpatiyasını qazanıblar. In the online survey carried out by www.banco.az , a web-based news platform for banks and bank products, Bank of Baku was voted the Bank of the Year, while Bolkart was voted the Payment Card of the Year. Thousands of Internet users took part in the online voting covering a total of four nominations. To ensure transparent voting only one vote was permitted per an IP address.

The Bank of the Year nomination included all local banks, with Bank of Baku securing its win thanks to range and quality of its services and innovative approach to business. Bank of Baku won this particular nomination with 15% (3647) of the votes.

Bolkart, being the bank’s payment card that had the most successful promotions and offered the best quality service last year was voted the Payment Card of the Year. Bolkart overtook the credit cards issued by all other local banks winning the first place with 37% (4053) of the votes.

In an online survey conducted by www.day.az, a reputable web-based news platform in Azerbaijan, Bank of Baku gained acclaim from the majority of the web-site’s users. 14.24% of the users answering the web-site’s question “Which bank do you prefer?” voted Bank of Baku. Thus, Bank of Baku surpassed dozens of other local banks covered by the online survey and managed to win the first place. The online survey that lasted for more than a month included thousands of Internet users.

Bank of Baku views its win in the survey as the customers’ response to its consistent efforts over the past years to introduce new products and services while improving the quality of the existing ones. The increasing number of Bolkart holders, Friends Club cards offering a variety of benefits to perfmanent customers and other positive trends are appreciated by Bank of Baku as rising customer confidence.
