- Increase of sales volume due to customers performing non-cash payments;
- Increase of sales volume as a result of use of Bolkart by customers in Bolkart partner merchants;
- Convenient use of VISA and MasterCard cards issued in any country on POS Terminals of Bank of Baku.
Following documents are required for installation of POS terminals:
Legal entity:
- Copy of by-laws;
- Copy of the company TIN;
- ACT (internal) on appointment of the company director;
- Copy of the company director’s ID;
- Codes of entities (Registration Certificate issued by the Ministry of Taxes);
- Entity lease agreement or power of attorney;
- Copy of entity documents (excerpt) – extract from the registry;
- Account agreement and details;
- Names and contact numbers of the director and other contact person
Individual:
- Copy of TIN;
- Copy of ID;
- Codes of entities (Registration Certificate issued by the Ministry of Taxes);
- Entity lease agreement or power of attorney;
- Account details
Note: POS terminals are delivered and installed free of charge for Bolkart partner entities
