NOTE: 

1 AZN service fee is charged to check the existing obligations of clients at the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB). If a certificate of employment and / or a salary statement from the bank is not provided, 2 AZN service fee is charged for obtaining this information through e-government portal (e-gov.az) or the “ASAN Finance” project.

When submitting an application with an extract from the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB) or an electronic certificate obtained on the e-government portal (e-gov.az), which is provided by the ASAN Service (Electronic Labor Contract) centers, no fee is charged for the corresponding service. In this case, the submitted documents must meet the following requirements:

1. The document must indicate the date of issue;

2. The relevant documents must be certified by "ASAN Service" with a seal or sticky hologram.

The validity period of the relevant documents submitted by the ASAN Service centers is taken as the date of submission of the document and the next business day.
