Due to IPhone app launched by “Bank of Baku”, online banking services will be more convenient in use for mobile communication users. By using an IPhone app, customers will be able to conveniently find out information on currency exchange rates, terms of loans and deposits, use loan and deposit calculators, get accurate information on banking fees and interest rates, addresses of branch offices and ATMs of the Bank and review the relevant maps. By using IPhone app, users also can make online payments for their loans and apply for loans. Furthermore, through an IPhone app, customers can get the latest information on the Bank from the corporate and social Internet pages of “Bank of Baku”.
By using IPhone app, customers will be in a position to communicate with the bank in a convenient and flexible manner.
It is proposed that shortly similar applications will be launched for Ipad and Android users.
