For the first time - Joined Project of “Bank of Baku” and “E-government”: Get Bolkart and credit with e-application!

For the first time in the history of Azerbaijani banking, “Bank of Baku” suggests using e-application for credit arrangements. This innovation takes place thanks to the cooperation of “Bank of Baku” with “E-government”. Relevant agreement is signed between Data Processing Center of Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Bank of Baku.
For credit arrangement with e-application the following procedure should be followed: 
The Customer goes to www.e-gov.az electronic government portal, fills in the e-application through the service titled “Vətəndaşa aid fərdi məlumatlar üzrə elektron arayışın verilməsi” and sends to the bank. 
For logging in E-portal, one can use e-signature certificate, ASAN signature service or a passcode. To receive the passcode a citizen can use online registration service. Passcodes can also be obtained free of charge in all post offices in Baku city and town centers.
In accordance with the terms of the agreement, registration points of the Data Processing Center will be launched in all branches of the bank. Thus any customer can receive the envelopes with passcodes at all brunches of the bank only by presenting his/her ID card. 


Code in a special envelop is presented to the registered customer. With this code, the Customer can easily log in his/her personal account and send an e-application 
A customer can send an electronic application with personal data from his/her office, home or at the bank using special computers installed for especially for the project. 
The sent applications are signed online by “E-government”. Depending on the history of cooperation with the bank and paying capacity of the sender, s/he will be offered credit in cash, Bolkart or Dostlar Klubu card. Thus, a person willing to receive credit can visit the bank and send e-application through “E-government” portal. 
E-applications are already issued at the Head Office of Bank of Baku (42, Ataturk av.). Within the current month, this service will be launched at the branches of the bank as well.

New innovation projects are expected to be announced soon within the frames of cooperation between Bank of Baku and e-government portal.
